                                                                                         RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Customers must provide full and accurate information in the order form.

  2. All credit card payments must be authorized online. In the event of non-authorization of any credit card, The Sparklez Box is not responsible for all or part failure of non-acceptance and non-authorization of such credit cards. 

  3. Customers must provide up to three to five business days for processing and delivery of orders. Any order that cannot be processed, we will inform you at the earliest.

  4. All the orders will be shipped within 30 days of the original order, after 30 days the money will be refunded and the back order cancelled. 

 

 

    Returns Policy

  1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 15 days from the date of shipment.

  2. Claims and or returns by the Buyer must be made within 15 days from the date of shipment, and Seller given the opportunity to investigate. Prior authorization must be obtained from  "The Sparklez Box" before any goods may be returned.

  3. Goods returned are at the expense of the Buyer. i.e. shipping

  4. In case of returns, "The Sparklez box" will issue a store credit, which can be utilized anytime for your future purchase. However, we will not be able to issue any refunds.

  5. Buyer is liable for a 15% restocking fee by Seller on merchandise returned for store credit on properly shipped orders.

  6. Stenographic and clerical errors of Seller are subject to correction. Custom-made orders are not subject to return.

  7. Seller shall not be liable for failure or delay due to acts of God, differences with workmen, local labor shortages, or failure of raw materials, supplies, fuel, power or transportation, breakdown of equipment, or any other causes beyond Seller's reasonable control, whether of similar or dissimilar nature to those enumerated.


The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

  1. Any jewelry that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product

  2.  Any jewelry that has been washed

  3. Any jewelry not in its original condition

  4. Any jewelry that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery

  5. Any jewelry without a valid and readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or otherwise unreadable serial number

 

Discrepancies:-

If you have received a damaged or discrepancy package upon arrival , please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and retain all original packaging and box . we may request digital pictures of the damage/discrepancy Item(s) for reference and arrange free replacement /refund the amount after we receive the pictures
