ARE ALL OF YOUR JEWELRY PIECES MADE OF HIGH-QUALITY MATERIAL? 

Yes, our fashion bridal jewelry collection is made of high-quality brass which is hypoallergenic.

IS YOUR JEWELRY REAL? 

No, our jewelry is gold plated made of high-quality metals. 

DO YOU CLEAN THE JEWELRY AFTER EACH USE? 

Yes. We strive to give our customers the best experience and we thoroughly clean the necklace after every use. 

 

How to Place an Order 

WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS TO RENT THE JEWELRY? 

The rental is available for 2,4 and 8 days 

CAN I RENT FOR MORE THAN 8 DAYS? 

If you need to rent the jewelry for more than 8 days, please email us at thesparklezbox@gmail.com 

HOW DOES SECURITY DEPOSIT WORK? 

we will deduct 20% of Retail Value as Security discount ( this is due to the technical limitation ),Once we have received and inspected the jewelry, we will refund the security deposit money.

WHY DO YOU TAKE SECURITY DEPOSIT? 

The Sparklez box place a hold to prevent jewelry theft and to cover and lost or damaged items. 

IS "THE SPARKLEZ BOX “RENTAL AVAILABLE OUTSIDE OF THE U.S? 

At this time " The Sparklez Box “ Rental is available within the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). 

 

SHIPPING 

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY JEWELRY? 

Your jewelry rental pieces will be delivered directly to you. The Sparklez Box will notify you via e-mail when your order is shipped and confirm the date of its arrival. Also, because we require a signature for delivery, select a shipping address where someone will be available to receive and sign for the shipment during the daytime. 

 

DO I NEED TO PAY FOR SHIPPING? 

No, the shipping is on us. 

 

RETURN 

DO I NEED TO PAY FOR SHIPPING FOR MY RETURN? 

No, it is included. The return label will be sent to you. You will need to send the jewelry safely in the original packaging. 

 

WHAT IF I GET LATE TO RETURN THE JEWELRY? 

Due to the nature of our business, it is important that you return your jewelry rentals on time. Late fees are outlined in our agreement, but our clients have established a track record of returning the pieces they borrow in a timely manner. We expect that you will also do the same out of consideration for other clients. 

 

HOW WILL I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN RETURNED SAFELY? 

We will send you a confirmation email about the order received safely and securely. 

 

WHAT IF THE JEWELRY IS DAMAGED? 

We expect our clients to take care of the rental jewelry as if it were their own and expect no damages. However, please read our user agreement for the Damages.
